- Whether you find yourself in any (or all!) of these situations, this workshop is for you.
In this workshop, you will
- learn to relax and prepare yourself physically and mentally to speak
- understand how to use your body and your voice to convey a message.
- practice how to construct your speech to be more impactful and convincing.
At the end of the workshop, you will have learned and applied the techniques and exercises used in theatre, improvisation, and rhetoric for better public speaking, based on a specific or free subject. Because there is nothing better than practice to feel confident. You will receive advice and areas for improvement based on your situation, in a caring environment.
Operation of the workshop:

- Warm-up/group exercises to get to know each other
- Voice warm-up/stress management
- Exercises on body language and voice management.
- Practice and feedback, with the development of a (brief) speech: elements of language, figure of speech and improvisation to help you be concise and convincing.

- No-shows who fail to cancel 24 hours before the event will be charged with the full price.
